We designed this model laneway home to feel like a complete home with both privacy and a connection to the surrounding open spaces. The covered entry is off the planted courtyard and proudly faces the lane. Hang your coat in the closet, throw your dirty clothes in the laundry closet and enjoy the modern bathroom. Continue through into the voluminous bedroom or turn back into the entry hall and head upstairs. At the top of the stairs the living level expands from kitchen into dining room and from interior living room onto exterior deck for outdoor living.
